Tight eyed Dyes started in 2020 during a time when the world slowed down, and so did I. What began as a random creative outlet during Covid quickly became something bigger. Tiedye wasn’t just color fabric. It was therapy. It was freedom. It was control in a moment when nothing else felt certain. I’m from the south east Side of Houston raised around blue collar work, and the idea that you can clock in clock out and survive. But something in me wanted more creating gave me that more. It reminded me that we’re allowed to build lives. It actually feel good.
